“Stayed five nights. Best bang for the buck. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast very basic but there are many good options close by. Parking is well lit and area feels very safe. Be aware they don't have elevators so book on the first floor. Fellow visitors were nice and not creepy. A good place for a basic stay. ”

“We were here on the coldest days of the week but the heater worked pretty good. Kept us toasty. Not much shopping areas close. Not much of a good place to sit down and eat. The room was clean but it did have some chipping in the bath tub. We had our granddaughter and she likes baths but had to take a shower instead because of the chipping but at least she was clean. This place was alright. ”

“Staff was nice however it was absolutely filthy. The room smelled of cigarettes and homeless people, nothing was wiped down, stains everywhere, hairs in the bed, cigarette burns/holes everywhere, and the toilet moves when you sit ”

“The hotel was functional. The staff were never at the front desk though, you had to call them to get someone to help. The breakfast was also very empty. I came down at 7am (breakfast was 6-9) on Saturday morning and I was the only person down there. However, the only options were 6 sausage patties, 3 biscuits, or half a pan of runny eggs. There was a machine for waffles as well. That would be my only major place of improvement would be the breakfast and the staff could have been more attentive....

“6 family members stayed here during a weekend visit to Benedictine College. We enjoyed and appreciated the homeowner's homage to a family member who loved the Wizard of Oz and shared her extensive collection with all who stay at their home. We even did the scavenger hunt provided for fun! There was plenty of open space for family to gather and visit comfortably. What a charming and unique rental property.”

“This is a very cute house. Very clean. It is extremely remote though. Everything is 45 minutes away. Definitely keep that in mind if you are planning to stay here. The host must be someone who manages several properties because the instructions to leave didn’t match the house and they also did not respond when we asked about storing our dirtbike. Overall a good stay though!”

“The hosts were very accomodating, and they did a grest job remodeling the house. The finishes fixtures are very nice, and the view of the river off the deck is special.”
